A few improvements would make this game better
Excelled graphics, professional sound, the external and internal aspects of the game and its program seem great!
The only flaw lies on the unexistance of an option in which it allows you to see where your dragged snot will hit.
Also, try adding some unlockable feature that uses earwax to make it even funnier and more disgusting ^^
Other than that, near-perfect!
