Perfection

This is a very helpful FAQ flash, even for me, and I have been around newgrounds since 2005/06. No sketchy parts, good music, very well put together - over all great job mate.

Everything was known a bit as me , but thank you for spending time on this. By the way in quiz just pusched "abbusive" many times and got all whistlers and there was in flagging flash selection "WadeFulp most lkely(likely i guess) delete it "

i didn't even know that was the system until you brought it up.
i thought it was all done by a bot mostly, but this way makes a lot more sense haha

the music loop got old after a while
some more loops to choose from would've been nice too

also i believe your image quality is at 80%, it wouldnt hurt the filesize much to just go 100% (either that or you used pictures of text instead of actual text)

Image Quality was at 100% but it had soemthing to do with the resizing, I didn't do it in Photoshop :r

This would be very helpful to new members and people who have bad flagging habits. It was very easy to understand. There are some typos, but you warn us of that in the flash, so it's ok.
