Is this a metaflash?
Thanks for posting this. I've been using Newgrounds for a while, but I've never participated in it. Understanding the community rules makes me want to try it out. You should run your work by a spellchecker or have a friend proofread it though.

Every effort in making Newgrounds a better place is totally valid and have my respect! If you are willing to make this guide more pleasent to watch, I suggest you to make something more "visual", like recording your explanation in audio and making an animation based on that. I believe it would the more fun to watch, and would be more compelling to people, making them really understand how important it is to flag correctly. Hope this review is helpful to you.

wow I was a little afraid about writing a review for this flash, just because I thought the moment I stepped off the line by accident I was going to get shot in the face.
But yeah the review.
This was a very informative flash you don't get as many of these any more and it's useful for people like me who have only been using Newgrounds to review flash for the past year now.
There was a part of the flash that i found was annoyin purely to the fact you had insert an image ( the one of the "this flash is still under judgement" the image was very unreadable. in the end i chose to open a new page and look at a real one of it.
Agreeably grey against white is easy to read, however it started to look a little repetitive, instead can I suggest using pale colours as background e.g. pale orange, pale blue, pale yellow. this way it makes it easy to read and still fairly colourful.
I'd be interested to see what other "help flashes" you could do, e.g. what the other features of Newgrounds mean like how you make money from Newgrounds etc
When I start using colour, I end up splashing it around everywhere and people don't like that much, lol. The images looked better quality in flash, I can fix those pretty easily though.

Great job, the flash was very informative, i honestly didnt know what flagging was until I saw this anmd now I know, I hope more people see this so there will be a decrease in 'Useless' reviews

Better readability, simple structure, easily navigatable interface... really nothin' to complain about here! Solid guide overall. Definitive improvements over the previous.
