I say that you had a good parody idea... but what you realy needed was some enthusiasm. What makes alot of things funny is highly expressed emotions...
The running over the dog was perhaps the best part. unnexpected

Not THAT well animated + it wasn't really funny? Honestly, I didn't like it, but sure somebody else did, cause it got Daily 3rd:P Anyways, good job!

good idea and quite well done drawing... but the voice acting was not funny at all and it would have worked better if it was a little faster... a pretty halfassed attempt... you draw well... but thats about it..

Visually, it's a decent piece. But there are just a lot of problems in establishing the humor. I'd suggest you think that aspect of your writing through a bit more before publishing something, if humor is indeed something you're going for. It's wasn't even awkward-funny.
