Oh wow, cool. Except certain parts seemed kind of awkward or choppy, but maybe that's just because of the way you draw.
Interestingly enough, I'm making a flash movie which involves an axe as well. I could use some nice sound effects though.

Um...
...how did the kid turn into super-ninja all of a sudden? The art and animation were good, but I'm just taken aback at how much of a pint-sized can of whoop ass that kid was during the flash back without any in-story reason for him being such a bad-ass. You explained why he's an angst-driven adult, but you never explain where he got his John Woo-like gunplay and Bruce Lee-like fighting skills from.

Very good flash, intriguing story and brutal, but somethings surely could be improved:
1- How the heck does the boy know how to throw knives and axes? how did he learn to shoot? and be acrobatic like a monkey? how???
2- Some parts of the animation were a bit weird, like when the guy hits the father with a bat.
3- Also, is the kid resistant to pain? I mean, he is just a kid and can stand a knife slash in the eye and a shot in the lips; you need huge balls for that.
Thats it, and I loved the contrast between the music and the scene.
