in this dialog was a relative of muenster, but stunk like cheddar. Awsome graphics and speed, a little script work would be nice.
too slow, not enough action to be "madness"
It's good but it isn't what original madness was about
It is good movie, but when compared to, say, Madness Combat 6, it is awfully slow and boring, has too much talking. Slowing down (in slow-motion style) combat in certain places really spoils everything and makes me yawn. To my opinion, gradients on certain doesn't look well, because they kind of break characters form and don't give to objects 3D feel or something. To my taste there isn't nearly enough action to make this truly "madness". Another problem that pressing "continue" kills movie pace completely. In original madness you'd watch movie once again to make sure what was written on the wall (this didn't kill movie speed, and added good motive to view movie again). Characters chat spoils movie because when your character doesn't say anything, the viewer might imagine some greater motive behind character's action or even perceive character as much more smart/cool than you originally intended.
This could be better as separate movie, not madness tribute.

Well the thing is that I precisely made this movie so Xionic Madness 2 would be what a Madness flash is, violence ;o
and yeah, now that I think about it, I would have preferred to not have it with the "Madness" title but there isn't much I can do about that now

Not bad, but nothing special
It seems your goal here was to go somewhere else with the madness series. In this you have an attempt to up the graphics and story, but I actually feel that takes from it's charm.
Graphically it was more complicated but I don't think you out did the simplistic designs and grey color that madness had. If your going to make thing more complicated, you need to still render it and that's where it falls apart. It's hard to see and the added details didn't really define objects well.
As for the plot, I feel that adding one could be an ok idea but this did feel a lot like generic cliché writing. Every element seemed pulled from every anime/action cartoon we've already seen, dialogue included.
Now despite all the negative criticism I did find it ok and a good submission to newgrounds, but here you have a series, so I'm hoping you take this criticism and work on it so that 1.6 will be absent of these flaws.
How dare Xionico cut off Nightwish's "Nemo" one note before is acceptable!

After having seen the whole series, I would put Chapter 1 as the best, then Chapter 4 as a whole, then 3, 2 and finally 1.5.
