ska?
the horn section's good, song's ok, doesn't really sound like ska though. one question, what's the guitarist doing? whatever it is, it ain't ska. it's all a bit subdued as well.

An understandable interpretation. We're definitely not traditional Ska. Originally, as in these recordings, we were more or less a rock band with horns. Once we get some of the new stuff up, though, I'm sure you'll find that our sound is a bit closer to the traditional sound. for one thing, our guitarist has mastered Ska chords, and we're throwing them in everywhere! :)
As for sounding subdued, that's basically the recording job and a slow tempo. If you're ever in Ohio, hit up our myspace and stop by a show. I'll bet you five bucks you have a good time. ;P

And you earned it. Go get yourself a happy meal. But no, seriously. It's a great song and you should throw on some more songs like it. It's got a nice tune to it and I can't help but sing it to myself during the day.

Well thanks! We've got several new hum-along songs on the way, so hang in there! We're past half done with recording, and are basically waiting for the studio to free up so we can get in there again.
Until then, hit up our myspace! We've got some other songs there, including a techno remix that our drummer wrote, and we've got a show or two coming up, if you're in the area.

I love this song and have got most of my friens listening to it. again ska isn't really my thing but u guys re good. this song should be alot higher in the chats. Good job.

This was our favorite as a band, as well, for quite a long time. We seem to get a good reaction from fans with it, so it topped our set forEVER. Now, though, we've got some new stuff, and rewrote some old stuff, and I don't know about the other guys, but I definitely have some new favorites. I look forward to posting the rewritten 'Greatest Things' once everything is recorded!

You know it baby. Signed the contract the day after you submitted this review. Unfortunately, Virgin Records must have moved their headquarters away from that dumpster in the alley behind Papa John's, cuz we can't find their representative, Scuzzy the Bum, ANYwhere! :)

Not Bad, Not Bad, but not something I plan to listen to much. But its alright, not my style but pretty good.
