I agree, the cannon is a good weapon. The dual machine gun is great too. I like the concept, it's quite different from other defense games. I'll be looking forward to version two

A game that bound me to my seat for hours. Simply awesome! I disagree with scyld, the power+angle system works just fine, you just have to get used to it, and the I played 3 campaigns with the basic cannon as my primary weapon and it worked just fine. In some campaigns it's the easiest way to kill those ships with the walls in front of them. However, what me annoyed were the dark backgrounds in a few missions and you can't see the shots that way, so it's almost impossible to adjust the angle if you miss, you should definitely change that. Some weapons are too strong, like missiles, I replayed all campaigns with missiles only and that tactic worked fine in 5 of them.
However, great game, amazing work, cool graphics, awesome upgrades (even if I personally would love a bullet/missile speed upgrade for some towers) and the new twist on defense game make it a perfect whole, keep on it!
