well done man it sucks that there isnt a sprite of brook out yet...didnt they just releace a new game for the ds with him in it?... its probably in one that hasent (or mostlikly wont) been put into english yet XD

Eh, quite true... however, not to spoil the future plot, but it will be better explained and you'll see why I overpowered Guile in that way. Promised. ^_^
Good story and animation
But there are things you should take as advice:
1. The idea of a devil's fruit is capable of being in water is not coherent.
2. Every devil's fruit has some physical logic, like [--!--SPOILE ALERT--!--] the guy with paws that compresses the air so he can use it as a bomb, or Enel that his electrical attacks can't hurt Luffy. [--!SPOILER END--!] That's an example that why Guile can't rise up Luffy in a water bubble.
3. Try to be chronologically correct with the ship they are currently in.
Keep them coming, good work, look to have big effort.

1) I know that a Water Fruit is, of course, unacceppatble in the One Piece universe (unless Oda sensei decides otherwise). As I already said, it will all be explained. But if you really want a spoiler, all i can say is that he's not really a fruit user.
2) You're probably right on that matter, but I can actually recall that many logia fruit users can create similar techniques with their element. Smoker once trapped Luffy in a "smoke cage", pretty unlogical if we reason by the usual physic.
3) I already answered to that, too: when i started this flash movie, there were no sprites for the Golden Sunny, as there was no Brook yet. Actually, there still ain't any sprite of them. That's the only reason: I'm not a spriter, I would never be able to draw the sprites of them on my own.

Somethings you should make better
I noticed, that the starting dialogue, was in japanese, but for me it seemed like that it was taken from the 4kids dub. There was something else that bothered me too. 1.Franky was there, but there was no sunny. 2. The font dind't realy fit in... 3. Why dind't nami have clima tact? 4. WHY DID SANJI CALL ZORO SEAWEED!!!! IT'S MARIMO!!!!! 5. What was the usopps scream? 6... Chrono? 7. The guy knew that he was a reindeer? Usually they think chopper is a deer 8. You could make the ship a little darker. It's too bright 9. Usopp doesen't believe in god either... 10. Isn't that guy from gintama??? 11. Even if you are water, you can't swim if you are a devil fruit user.... If you drop in sea, it takes your powers off, and you just drown 12. What? mini-merry... 13. I'll try to answer to most of your question by saying "because I couldn't do otherwise". ^_^ I'm not a spriter, I just try to take out the best of the sprites and audios I find.
So that's also why I use to recycle characters from other mangas and games.
Aand I guess I have to restart reading the manga all over.
