Pretty Enjoyable
I like the gritty nature of the story. And not only does the ending leave you wondering about his wife, you wonder if there's an underlying story behind his gaurded nature. The art could use some work and the settings need some detail, but I still enjoyed it.

You've gotten onto a good idea...
... I just think it could have been developed a little better.
The style is good - though I didn't like the use of colour (marijuana plants, red triad girl) and the grey didn't look too great when it was used either.
I did enjoy watching it - but I just reckon a bit more time in the development stage would have really paid off (especially when recording the dialogue).
Also, the actual art style itself (as in your character models) look kinda sloppy - If you plan to continue this series I think you will want to make the physical anatomy more realistic (i.e. noses where they aught to be and properly shaped heads.
I've been focussing on the negative, but I really did enjoy this - and I'd like to see some more.

Thanks - those're all very valid points! I'm suprised how well this did, I was just having fun - but now I see so much potential forsuccess with it I'll focus on doing a better job of future episodes! With models, yea I want to have more expression so I'll need to rebuild them anyway :)

I thought the 3-d animations were very well done. i duno how hard it is to animate using that stuff but either way u did a pretty good job. the only thing that really bothered me about it was when the first truck exploded there was no fire at all, but other than that im diggin the plot. keep it up im lookin forward 2 the nxt one

style trying to make up for lack of talent
now i didn't totally hate it, but it wasn't all that great. Very little story, the blandness of the sets and everything doesn't help... The character design is cheap and sketchy. The audio is horrible and scratchy, and are the accents real? they sound fake. Sorry if they are real.
