Reviews for "Artifission RPG chp0"

Not bad to start with

It was rather easy to figure out but what was bad was it was too easy to beat and too quick to get to the end. It was also a tad difficult to find in and out points of the maps because you have to press x to find them. Heres hoping that this game improves!

Fickludd responds:

You summarise most of the other review here. It will indeed improve.

Add more.

Equipment, leveling, maybe a rythmic combo minigame (requires MP and HP to do. Each level ads another press, so L.1 has five, L. 2 has 6, and so on. If you miss one, you have to make the presses to defend yourself until your combo is up. I think it's a good idea, at least.),and

Fickludd responds:

"rhythmic combo"? This is not a Rock Out entry you know...
Anyway, more will be added.

nice work

love the storyline so far. But if your going to have a organized military to fight make sure there units (like that house thing) look similar such as sci-fi industrial rather then a steam engine.

Also I presume your going to put a pause menu on the game be nice to include the ability to use passive spells out of combat such as your healing ability.

Well overall I liked it and will be waiting for the full thing.

Fickludd responds:

Regarding similary in styles: I put that down as artistic freedom :D. But I know what you mean.

Pause/Menu is on way.

Glad you liked it!

It has potential...

Now, I know that it's a prologue/introduction, but there needs to be a menu or equipment or something to suggest that it is/will be an rpg. Altogether though, the battle system seems solid and I think it has potential if expanded, which I'm sure it will be. Looking forward to a solid flash rpg (wow... solid flash rpg... can't say that nearly enough...).

Fickludd responds:

Cool you like it, you're dreams (menu/battle system) will be fullfilled :D. Next chapter will take about a month estimate.

We need more options

This game, though seems like a FF rip-off, is styled in a manor where I feel like playing it. The problem is the lack of options, no menu no nothing, just the A and X key that reminds me of a gameboy. At least let us change armor or something, so that the stupid boss doesnt one shot us, or give us a hp bars of the enemies so that I can decide to grind it out or defend myself. This game has potential, but needs a crap load of work.

Fickludd responds:

options will arrive. The crap load of work you suggest is less than what has already been done so be sure to check out the next chapter!
