would have givin a better score but..

the game is horribly repetitive to the point where i just zoned out pressing the "s" key, and coming back into consciousness. Most shooters are repetitive but you don't notice it because its so fun, but this is the exception.

Leveling up doesn't do anything noticeable and feels like it was just slapped in there for the hell of it.

The weapons were interesting, but they themselves didn't seem to upgrade or level up.

missions are so long you just don't give a shit about completing anything, i don't know if theres a bug that just doesn't make the boss come out but no one wants to play a game of this types with levels spanning almost 20 minutes shooting the same 3 or 4 enemies OVER AND OVER with no end in sight.

the music was ok but the looping got annoying and the weapon sounds became a pain in the ass after the first 5 minutes. thats right...i spent almost half an hour on the 2nd or 3rd level bored as hell. I didn't even get hit when i zoned out which means absolutely no challenge.
****SUMMARY****
The levels were to damn long and you spend what feels like hours ding the same damn shit with no challenge and no reward what so ever. Don't get me wrong, the first level was so fun, but by the 15th minute playing the second area i got bored out of my ass. This game has ALLOT of potential so if you make a sequel you could just fix those issues.

A decent start...

1) Same repetative music looping. It wasn't even a continuous loop. It faded out and started over instead of flowing back into itself so EVERY time it repeated...I heard it. And it got old. Fast.

2) Weapons don't get more powerful as you acquire more of the same color.

3) I racked up some 40 THOUSAND points playing the hardest difficulty then sat around for almost 4 or 5 minutes just dodging things without shooting while I waited for it to add to my actual score...ultimately saw no point in it.

4) Level ups typically mean great and wonderful things! ...what do they do here? I couldn't find anything except recharged health.

5) All enemy ships look the same. All three of them.

6) Levels WAY too long. I probably played the last level for 15 minutes before I said to heck with it and just quit the game to review it.

7) Autofire would be spiffy...

8) Almost no reason at all to play this game. Cute story idea..but that's all there is. There's no reward for doing well, nothing worthwhile that's accomplished.... it's like spending 2 or 3 hours beating an old school 8-bit Nintendo game that was mind-numbingly HARD and AWEFUL only to get a cheesy picture with some message like "You faced all the hardest trials and won! Congratulations!"

Looked nice but was supremely boring man and long.

Nice concept, but add variety

...and for F**K'S SAKE MAKE THE CANNONS HAVE AUTOFIRE! After playing through 2 levels for like an hour, pressing the cannon button over and over, I feel like I have MASSIVE writer's cramp. You could add more to this game, as well, by adding certain objectives to each mission, rather than the boring - kill the same ships for 30 minutes, then have a boss fight. A storyline would also help out...with side-movies coming up after certain events happen or the level completes. There are a lot of things you could do with this game, but, unfortunatly none of them are seen. So, that's why I gave this game a 6.

Man,sadly i must admit that graphics and weapones are only best party of this game.Im not sure do enemies look nerly same on every level,since i did not played them all.Next problem coming out of previouse line,levels are to damn long.If u wanted to make game hard,simply add something else,and not force player to fly one stage for 10 minutes or longer.I did not passed 2nd lv becouse of that,and i even dont want to imagine how long are others.Maybe adding aditional music in bacground,or creating different sounds for each weapone would improve score.But now i can give nothing more...
