Good start.
I am planning on starting meself. I hope it's as good as this.
But, to be constructive, you're preloader didn't work properly. Are you using the Newgrounds pre loader or your own? NEVER make your own if you aren't expirienced.

do you have flash? if so then just go to the MU2 menu click EXTRAS and it will take you to my site extras where you can download source files that contain the gun sprites or just go search seig3 for the NG authors in the NG search field and click on the flash that says a madness tutorial and it has a great source there for guns, or just go to flecko.net and look for the page for the MI source.

For a first time....
For your first Flash movie this isnt to bad but if you had some experience I wouldnt be writting these words:
You should use tweens and go through the tutorials on Newgrounds and for Madness movies you should get the source code for madness interactive on madnesscombat .com for heads and bodies and finally
PUT THE MOST POSSIBLE AMOUNT OF EFFORT AND TIME INTO YOUR FLASH MOVIE! ASSES EVERY ASPECT UNTIL YOU THINK ITS PERFECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
With these words you should do well in your flash movies to come.

Um thanks, I did look at a few tutorials on NG but not to many helped me. I did though get the source code from madnesscombat .com and MU2 will be much better.
