Different and cool.
Oh man I loved it! The unique graphical style and the really cool fighting not only looked cool, but it's different from what a lot of people tend to do. Musically the song fit the video good too. You should make a series of these, you are really talented. I loved the ending, it's what I've always wanted to do myself.

Youd did an excellent job with this. I think I liked it primarily because you drew it yourself rather than do like most mario spoofs and strain and force a bunch of sprites into the positions you want.
Also I really enjoyed your take on the mushroom people. very nice.

My only technical criticism is that they proved on MythBusters that shooting gasoline doesn't make it ignite. He should have just thrown the cig at him.
Other than that, it was fantastic. The enemies looked really gruesome, the music was great, and Mario was just a total badass.
