Classy.

Simple and stylish. Nice depiction of the river styx. The differences between the real world and the afterlife were subtle but noticable. Walking animation was a bit ropy though. Exellent and effective sound.

Pretty good.

I must say, this is the first time i have seen an animation style quite like yours. It adds a certain uniqueness to the work and tells the story very well. And regarding the previous comment about violence. Violence isn't something you splash around in a movie to boost its ratings. Just pointless violence where it's not tasteful and needed is just unruly and barbaric. I would say this flash deserves 4/5 based on it's style and it's ability to tell a story.

I liked it

The Animation was great, the story....not so much. In real Norse mythology, a viking warrior killed in battle would be chosen by the Valkyries and brought to Valhalla, those chosen would then battle and drink mead for eternity....

I loved it

I am a die-hard mythology-lover, and Disney's Hercules really pissed me off, but I don't really care if this is 100% accurate according to the Edda, because this isn't a traditional Norse mythological story in the first place (atleast, I never heard an old Scandinavian myth about New York city). Who says the nine worlds around the ygdrassyl didn't change a little over the years?

But back to the animation, the drawing style was awesome. The monochrome colours give a very mysterious effect, next tot hat, I love the way you drew the houses and those doctors.

The scene in which the guy got hit by lightening could have been better, though.

But the only thing about this that was a bit dissapointing was the length. I don't mind short things but I was really curious about what would happen after the "battle" with the seaserpent.

i also liked what you were tryin' to say... all the other people b4 who said it sucks.. dont listen to them, THEY suck.
i have an idea of what you were tryin to say.. although im not exactly sure.

you also got a four for humor cause i thought it was pretty funny the way the guy walked and paddled
