Not exactly compelling...
I liked the first two because they had a creepy atmosphere (simply because you were alone in a silent mechanical area). This one just wasn't all that interesting to me. I didn't feel like beating it... maybe later.

Eh...
I know you wanted to go in a different direction with this, but I have to give it to you straight. This was boring, repetitive, and only a little fun.
Please redeem yourself with part 4.
Cool
Well storywise, kinda neat. Yes, this did remind of the movie the Cube, which gave me a bit of nostalgia feel. :D
Other than that, it's more monotone than so far, the environments don't change, the puzzles don't vary. It feels like a middle game in between two more major releases.
SPOILER ALERT:
The ending you get by not following the note was pretty lame...
It's an ok game, but not as fun as 1 and 2 so far. :P
Keep it up! I see theres a 4 and 5! Gotta try em!!!
Loved the different take on the lighthouse and escape thing. Especially liked the absence of items, although there was this one leaf in the end;) I enjoyed the more easy riddles this time, so I got some of it by myself without using a walkthrough.
Admittedly my least favorite of the series, but it still has that submachine charm the rest of the series has. Wasn't a big fan of the gimmick of this game personally.
