but it got a bit repetative and u cud sort of guess wat was gonna happen each time

Sort of guess what was going to happen? The scene title may have been a bit revealing as to what was going to happen, but I mean, come on? How else should I have labled the scenes? Call it "Pea Soup" and have the FulpBot's kick the crap out of Mario? There's gotta be SOME consistency. As soon as the big thing in the scene starting happening, THEN the rest may have flowed together...

Look,ive read alot of the reviews and you gotta understand that,some people doesnt find it funny and some do and dont bring a quote from another user,i mean,it makes you look like your full of it" ey,this is the greatest peice in flash history and i got the proofs"...On top of that,am not a huge fan of sprite,but at least,you didnt make them move in a matrix kinda way.
graphics:sprites with some hand drawn wich was interesting,i kinda liked the attemp at making a "Ren & stimpy " kinda face on mario.
The Ion canon was your best idea really.
Sound:Your not alone,lots of poeple out tare over use those "woooohaaa" and other mario sounds and its annoying.
style: for the hand drawn,its was well animated but the robots seemed too sketchy.
violence: free violence with no satisfaction.
humor:nope,you got some orginal stuff but,i just cant understand what they see when they give you 10 for humor.I mean i can laugh at jackass and some times a well placed fart( yeah,am kinda childish)
but,in my opinion,its wasnt funny..
Remember this,its not because you and most of the folks out there seem to find it fun that its the same for everyone.

I'm glad you went through and read some of the reviews- an informed reviewer usually leaves the best kind of reviews.
The only reason that I used a quote from another user was to show that indeed, while some hate my sense of humor, there are others that love it. It's not proof that my cartoon was funny, just an example that others found my cartoon funny. I didn't want to come off as pompous, and if I did, then I'm terribly sorry. Example only!
The ion cannon seems to be a user favorite. I'm glad that, even though you didn't find most of the cartoon to be that funny, you still enjoyed some of the ideas.
I tried to be rather conservative on the number of times that Mario said anything at all. If something happens to him, though, he's gotta make SOME noise. He can't just mime the pain- that would've looked crappy.
And I finally get to see the sense of humor of the people that didn't appreciate mine! Toilet humor and stupid actions that lead to horribly expected results! Not to demean your sense of humor, but I've seriously never received a review that explained an unsatisfied reviewer's sense of humor. Nope, the stuff I used didn't have any of that in it, so I see why you didn't find this cartoon that funny. A big thanks for the inside look!

Well, what's there to say about this?
It's a shame really. Why use such an old, repetitive subject with the slightest twist? It's obvious that you are a good artist, and from the reviews I've read, and the replies you've given, I hope that your next piece of work is something of your own.
Apart from a dry concept, the movie itself was quite well done, I can't really comment on any of the sound from characters, as this bland humor doesn't fit my taste. The sprite usage, and your own drawings, are quite nice. Your work in the future should be nice to see.
Nevertheless, some simple advice from a concerned viewer, please, if you’re going to use your talent as an artist, don’t take an old joke and skew it the slightest. It's like plagiarism, (well, maybe not that far, I'm just trying to relate to something) and changing a few sentences around here and there, the concept and ideas are essentially the same.
But, I'm probably making no sense, and from the reviews you already have a large enough audience pleased, and I'm sure you know that you can't please everybody.
Good luck in the future, though. And I hope that this review may help you in some small way, or at least provide you with a little entertainment.

The only reason I used the Mario sprite concept was to show that with the proper ingenuity, even something like a Mario sprite flash could exude brilliance! Well, it seems that maybe not all people thought it was brilliant... which is understandable. Can't please everyone!
I'm glad that you think I'm such a good artist! Yes, my next flash will be my masterpiece. I've already started the intricate planning process of the upcoming project- rest assured, it will be grand!

Well, it's not plagiarism, but I see how you're trying to relate it. I was VERY careful when deciding on the final product of the scenes to make sure that I hadn't used anyone else's ideas. I thought that the material was pretty original...
