you have talent. You know how to use great camera angels, I enjoyed this movie. Work on the main characters face a bit and youll have yourself an award winner.
Unfortunately so short...
I would've quite happily watched another 5 or so minutes of your work, but of course, i'm left waiting for more :D I don't think it's fair to say that lack of music has let this noir style short down. A bit out of context but as Hitchcock proves, lack of tension created by music, helps the audience to create their own. For people with imaginations this tension can be far more intense than anything set by music. I don't think i would've been as impressed as I was if there was music all the way through it. I don't think it needs it. The visual scenes were fantastic, with some wisely placed camera angles. Although, the detail in some of the frames could have been a bit higher, but not so much to ruin the original feel of the short. Darn, I'm just looking forward to part 2. Nice work.

I've always been a fan of supsense itself, but I'm not often a fan of the movies that fall under that category. Not many directors get it right or try anything other than cheap and simple BOO! tactics, apart from Hitchcock. Don't know if I did any better, but I tried. You can tell when music is used as a device to guide the audience towards a particular feeling so I swapped music with eerie wind. There's no silence anywhere in the animation and the wind acts as a realistic replacement for music. Thanks for the great review. I hope you enjoy part 2.

One of the few ACCURATE zombie flashes Ive seen. Reasons being the guy's reaction and the effect of the tire lever.
Audio is VERY quiet. Next time when/if you make/release a sequel/other zombie film make it a decent bit louder.
Apart from the sound issue, no flaws, nice simple drawing technique, clean animation........utterly utterly brilliant.
Must have MOAR though. Suspense in a zombie film is a good thing, but the kind you get from waiting for a sequel is NOT ;p
