Don't listen to people like the previous reviewer. How is "do better next time" constructive criticism?
I like what you've got going here, and as a writer I applaud how well you've managed to define the protagonist in such a short time. The only thing that felt out of place was the protagonist's initial reaction to the incident, after he becomes aware what happened to the passenger (trying to avoid spoilers here).
Otherwise, excellent work, and I'll be looking forward to part 2.

Thank you. Looking at it 3 months later, the protag's reaction is a little weak. He had just smashed his head against the windshield and I tried to show him jump in and out of consciousness for a few seconds, so he was supposed to be in a daze. Still a little weak, though. Thanks very much for the review. - I didn't let you avoid spoilers.

I've only just gotten into zombie movies. They always gave me the creeps. But this one had a decent rating. I checked it out and it seemed great. I would like to see more to this. And I saw a review that said this seemed to need a prelude. That would explain a large amount of the story. Good job.
