great, another dragonball z ninja remake. just what we needed. every single cliche you could think of and hey, another movie. the graphics were just bad and choppy and in no way felt like normal body movements, especially during flips, which were lame the first time, nonetheless thes second. why dont you use your brain and make something halfway original instead of trying to make a half-assed version of what EVERYBODY else made.

Your idea of dodging is taking one still graphic of a guy in a lame pose and motion tweening him over the other guy without actually moving his body at -all-. The idea isnt even verging on originality. Its too slow. Its only saving grace was that you didnt try to colour it aswell, otherwise we'd be faced with a paint-by-numbers peice of crap rather than the ordinary crap it is.
A lot more time and effort needs to be put into future submissions. Less tweening, or if you're going to tween, put some more thought into it and at least do a body as more than one graphic so its not like a tumbling statue.
Inimpressed.
some problems
first off, you need to work on the animation:
it was anime style, which means you were lazy and used flashing lights and still frames to create motion. anime style is good, as long as you have half still with lighting and half actual animated sequences.
second, even though it kind of goes with the first, you need to work on the jumping. they were just kind of floating shapes with curved trajectories.
third the music. the base was too loud and made the sound unbalanced and blagty (bla-tee, for those of you who cant pronounce it). I turned my speakers down and didn't much of any music.

(P.S. the blood trickling from the mouth does not happen in real life. the waist being pierced will not cause blood to come out of you mouth , contrary to common beliefs based on other movies who do not know their anatomy and biology.)
(P.S.S. Before you reply saying that I shouldn't say some of those things because i haven't made my own movie. I have fooled around with flash for about 4 months now and i know its hard. In fact, im working on a music video right now and i hope to release it within 3 or 4 months from now [based on my schedule])

Dearth
I liked fighting, swords, violence, etc. but that flash was just lazy, there were two jumps and a sword throw... wow, not to mention they both dodged/jumped the exact same. This looked like it could be made by even an amateur in maybe... 30 minutes. Just put forth more effort.
