Reviews for "Griswold the Goblin"

guess what guess what guess what

i'm gonna give you a 5 even though i didn't like the game, because 5 is half the number of toes i have!

stupid scarecrow....

that was a waste of 5 minutes of my life...i took the matches, never could use em, and got killed by an f-ing scarecrow....

Phantasmagor responds:

Thats because your a dukb shit and you dont understand the concept of the game, if you must know the matches are used on the scarecrow.
Think hard foo, hmm you have matches in your hand, theres a scarecrow made of straw blocking your way, oh and there also happens to be a petrol can next to him saying flammable, i wonder what you should do... grow a brain!

DUDE, youve got a fricken bad glitch

at the part with the dragon, i savve and try and mix the potion right? well it dosen't mix so i jsut walk in for fun, knowing that i saved, then i get blown out as i knew and then i load, and for fuck sake i load at the waterfall! so it just autosaved when i landed, but whats worse i lost the fricken hair and the fucking bat! and i have no bannana and for a finish the fucking monkeys still there! i just said "Fuck this" and did somthin else,

hey i dunno whats going on there but it sounds like you loaded the wrong save file, i think it will be impossible to fix a bug like that also were not realsing any more updated versions so no more bugs will be fixed, anyway thanks for the review!

Nice

Very well done, reminds me very much of the King's Quest series. There are a few things that could use fixing though. Namely as far as the potions/worm go put a brief thing in the tutorial making it clear how to interact with items (the worm personally gave me no problem but figuring out that you had to put everything in order into the potions stumped me for a bit). Also in the final minigame it seemed like at times it would generate an impassable wall of trees. That was a bit of a frustration, but it was definately beatable. Looking forward to the next installment.

it is explained exactly how to mix potions in the first page in the spell book if you had taken the time to read it all, there has to be a certian degree of difficulty in these games aswell, the whole point is to make you think for a while about what you have to do next!
Also as for the sledding game, we wanted that to be a bit of a challenge aswell and we cant help it if it makes an impassable wall because the trees are randomly generated! Thanks for the review!

pretty nice

i liked this game, one of the few good online one's i've had to play in a while
