Reviews for "Space Fighters Revolution"

Great Game!

Great game, faster paced... now "acceleration/deacceleration time" which I like. The 0 for sound is not meant to be offensive... I'm at the campus comp lab and we aren't allowed to play sounds :-(

Try and make your full game, that would be awesome!

Nemo responds:

It sucks that you can't play sounds in there. I think it is much better with sounds; it adds to the action. Anyway, as for the full game idea, there is a chance I might do that. I've had this for such a long time in development, partly because I started new games in the middle, and just wanted to get it out here. So, if I finish all the stuff I have set as priorities, I might think about putting the campaign back in.

Glad you liked it man. Thanks for the great review!

nice job

I did like the way the style of the game was played except for one thing, I dont know if you know but there is a little bit of a glitch if you press the mouse and hold it down and then release it at the edge of the screen the lasers keep shooting. If it is possible to fix this then the game will be a little more tougher the next time also it would be a good idea to include some other levels, maybe some other planets in he backround and different enemys that shoot at you. More power ups for the wewapon would be equally effective also i believe this was already inplied though, nice job.

Nemo responds:

The mouse thing would occur in every game. If you take the mouse off of the Flash screen a bit then it will stop reading it. Then if you let go and go back on the screen it won't read the mouse being "unclicked".

Anyway, thanks for the review. You gave useful suggestions.

better than Asteroids

I was really impressed, there hasn't been a good game like this in awhile.Good Job,hope to see more in the future.

Nemo responds:

Thanks for the good review! I might finish a game I am working on now (the one that made me stop working on this) sometime soon. Hopefully it will do as good as this did. I'm glad you liked the game!

Space...

Loved this game so much. Very addictive and fun to play. Hope to see more different types of enemies and weapon selection to this game if you plan to improve it later on. The music was nice to go with the space environment feeling. Good work and keep it up :)

If you did not read the authors instructions, weapons are 1-4

1. Repeater (Drains if held down)
2. Cannon (Drains if held down)
3. Missles (x10)
4. Torpedos (x8)

The movement are A,W,S,D or Arrow Keys to collect the power-ups the enemies leave when you destroy them. The most damaging these asteroids do are the metallic ones so avoid them as much as possible. Theres also the available cheats but who needs those if you got the skillz :P But I like it to be available if I want to see how far the games goes though.

Nemo responds:

I'm glad you liked it. I also appreciate your synopsis of the controls. Many people seem to be having trouble with them. One thing I never did say is that you can manually click with the repeater to bump up the firing rate.

Thanks for reviewing. That was a big help to me and a lot of other people I'm sure.

Addicting, to say the least.

This is a pretty awesome game. Played it for about 30 minutes straight, its so fun. Especially when you're being raped by two of the green ships, one of the red ships, and 3 asteroids, haha. I was yelling "OMFG, I'M GONNA DIE" and moving around in my chair, haha. It's a good game, nothing really more to add man.

Nemo responds:

If it invokes that reaction, I'm happy. Thanks for the review.
