I like it:
I like it, uzay2000. It´s just too short and simple. Trading hits back and forth with a single enemy was rarely ever the fun kind of battle in an RPG. Also, this is over in like two and a half minutes. The updated version sounds more promising. It can have more complexity, and choosing your party is maybe the coolest thing about FF1.
One cool idea would be to keep the original sprites we all love, but then increase the definition and smooth out the blocky edges. It would be like deluxe FF1 without the new and silly characters Squenix gave us with the FF Origins.
