Well..
I must say I find this game horribly addictive, though the music is quite irratating.. Didn't seem to fit with it, but that's just me.
Maybe you could a pause button? And possibly a sound off and on button?
Keep up the good work though n.n

Needs some work still.
1. Needs to have better graphics because i was expecting animals not bubbles

Not bad
Fun little game... needs some actual pictures though. Maybe instead of a small circle you could be an 1 cell critter, and as you grow bigger you could change into different critters

Enjoyable
I thought your style was slick looking with the alpha shaded circles however I think if you could find a way to replace those movie clips with more detailed drawings and create an environment which interacts appropriately with all characters then you might have a nice 3.5-4.0, But content is key, so remember to include as many graphics as possible and maybe even make some things to interact with the characters and the background, like a waterfall, and when any circles enter it, the get flushed down, just thinking,

Spawn Zone
I think the spawn zone is a little too big. Near the end when you get bigger, you get killed immediately as red things spawn. It's a bit of a problem.
