So many continuity errors, even for squaresoft. First of all Terra wasn't mentally in control, hence the slave crown, she was a living doll, second Sabin was in the woods training and wouldn't have showed up with the returners -_- that's just the stuff off the top of my head. There are numerous spelling and grammar mistakes as well. I think it would go over much better if you labelled it an "alternate" beginning otherwise you're opening yourself up to alt of critism. I hope you don't think I'm being mean, I'm not trying to be but when it comes to FF3/6 I'm very picky and it looks like you didn't do your homework.
My advice would be to go back and rework alot of it.

Well, I can't give you points for graphics, because you took them from directly from another source. You need to be consistent with your subtitles. If you're going to time how long they need to be up, read them out loud. That's about how much time people need to read things on screen. Also, the grammatical and spelling errors are very bad, and make it even harder to understand the subtitles, and therefore, the story.
The story is elementary. I hope you're going somewhere with it.

Why was this made?
A few complaints:
1) Like the last guy said, Sabin was training with Duncan at the time.
2) Edgar's Auto-Crossbow hits ALL targets, not one.
3) Why was Terra's hair brown? IT'S FRICKIN' GREEN! NOT SOME UGLY BROWNISH COLOR!
4)The battle looked nothing like the ones in FF6. There was a MENU to decide ATTACK, MAGIC, and so on.

Many storyline errors and text went by to fast to read. Atleast u figured out how to put sound in.
