Good start needs some work.
It looks like you have a great start for this. A couple of things though. First there were some places were the text went by to fast to read. Second check your spelling and grammer, saw several nothing big just minor goofs. Third the dialog seems a bit weak, doesn't have any flare to it. Fourth try to shrink the scenes, you are showing huge areas but that makes the characters a little to small. Can't wait to see the next installment.

ryt, i personally think that you should have all the scenery and sprites closer to the viewer, also i think you could improve your spelling, and sprite animation, that was pretty bad, they all seemed to jerk side to side when they moved, and the transition from place to place was pretty bad eg:- the music change, needs work, the scenery, it need transition effects, k?
when you change that i'd be happy to gie you a 10! ^_^

Not bad... Still nothing spectacular, though.
I've always been a fan of sprite movies, and FFVI was one of my favourite games - I had never thought about the events leading up to the game... Now I have to go see the new ones... My only complaints are that A) you might want to consider zooming it in a bit, B) the dialogue boxes sometimes would disappear too fast, and C) although you had fewer spelling errors than most flashes, please consider that its GESTAHL, and I don't think there is a city called NATHAN in FFVI (unless it ceased existing before the game started). All in all, not bad.
Yeah, FF6 is the game =P!!! Yeah, in the Part1 the characters and maps are too small...I fixed that in my other movies! Yeah, there was lots of dialogues that you could read in this movie...and most of my errors are now getting fix by my spelling checker!!!Lol nope there was no citys called Nathan...:P but youll see why there wont be one in ff6!!!

Good introduction into the story..One flaw I saw was that the subtitles were moving a bit fast and I didnt understand much...

it was very good for your first flash but the words went way to fast. i liked how you ended it with it describing that will be told in the next episode. good job.
lol thx... has bveen long for it to be accepted on newgrounds XD... but when it got accepeted, it gave me the feeling to make na other one... I wouldnt be doing part6 now if this wouldnt have been accepted on ng :p
