Ok. A Good study of scene changes
Smooth animation. Nice pans and zooms to draw the viewer in. Nothing new on the stick man front, and it's definatly a once-watcher. Which is a shame, because you did sutch a good job.
Move away from the sticks with M16's. You're better than that by the looks of this. Do something with a plot. I've put a fine bottle of w00t and a rather excelent vintage '5' tucked away in my cellar for you when you do.

Didn't really have an ending... or beginning... or story line. I usually like stick people movies but I'm getting mixed feelings about this one. I've seen better but I've also seen worse. A few points it was hard to know what was happening.
I do have one question for you thou... how is it that the brown stick people can afford tanks yet don't have the funds to get helmets like the green stick people have?

think you could have gone way beyond a stick flash
I think you could have made an animated flash instead of a stick movie I mean heck out your awesome tank and guns they were so detailed totally awesome. But it was kinda too short and had no point to me. So yea get some practice.
