Nice character. The walk was the only animation I thought was really bad.. improve that, add some more shading, and you've got something excellent.

Well, it's not particularily funny, awe-inspiring, frightening, or cool looking, so I suppose I'm just confused as to why you posted it as opposed to just keeping it for your own uses. Voting one because I'm bored with it.

Constructive criticism: make your animation more defined and more detailed, try to make it look like a being and not so stiff.
