It's good that you're using reference. This is a far cry better than people who attempt their own thing first time without any reference. I think your next step is to learn the basics of animation because there were some things in here that were pretty mediocre considering they were copied straight out of Naruto.
Remember, copying isn't a bad thing. It's the best learning tool out there so long as you adapt it to learn. (and as long as you don't steal credit)
