Reviews for "Jesus vs Muhammad Trailer"

oh come on

Everyone always thinks any religious-related humor pisses off very religious people.... or "zealots" as they're called. I happen to be one of those people; I find nothing but halarity in the movie. It's a bit wierd having a long intro about that........

anyways...

Great job!

HumbleEgo responds:

The "long intro" wasn't a part of the original SWF. I added it because of the wave of negative feedback we recieved on the first day of it's release.

ballsy...

Clever and interesting with good pokes at familiar pokable icons.

It took a lot of guts to put this out there... put "thank god" you did...

Pretty good

I really enjoyed this, and I appreciate the warning at the beginning even though I am not Christian nor Muslim. I especially liked the announcers, like Harry Caray, obviously the animated version of one of Will Ferrell's characters on Saturday Night Live (I love Will Ferrell, and SNL!). So anyway nice job, keep it up. I hope to see the full thing soon!

HumbleEgo responds:

Ferrell is king and his version of Caray is far more funny than Caray himself. Though, I loved the added flare our voice actor gave our Caray. It's kind of like a hybrid between the real Caray and Will's version.

fairly good

not brilliant, but it is only a trailer, so i would expect it to be amazing. graphics are real good, and where did the name 'jesus hotdog' come from??

HumbleEgo responds:

The origin of Jesus Hotdog will become apparent once you see the final.

Well. . . . .

. . . . Being a Christian (Nazarene) myself, I don't see very much here that is offensive. I personally don't see the humor in this flash, but the animation on the announcers was very good and reminded me a bit of Camp Chaos stuff. The sound quality was decent too. I don't know that it's very interesting to post a trailer with "stand-in" animated characters. No, I'm not really offended, but I'm also not amused either. Next.
