I really did like your intro, I think that if it all had that eerie mood to it then it could turn out pretty cool. The only issue I had with it was the fact that he was holding his crotch after he started walking, was he goin to the bathroom or somethin?

You really should fix the tween.. his arm jumps in the beginning, and why does he hold his crotch? His legs suck too.just needs lots of work.. spend like two days on body parts alone.. then it might do alright. Also, when you select and object already tweened, and move its point of roatation,you know that little white dot, it can really f* up your movement, just clear key frame and remove the tween and try it again.
what you put into it is what you get out...
though that is not totally true with flash, you should try to put a little more work in it. The idea is good, but you should expand on it. Oh, and I have a question. Why does the character hold his crotch...? It.s not right! Make the animation better and I will return to watch it.
