nice bible story
I like it! I can tell you put a lot of work into this. Artistic, abstract, and kind of unusual style. That's a good point you made about the violent and darker side of the Bible. I didn't even know about that story, til now. There is a purpose for everything written in the Bible, we shouldn't overlook some of the disturbing things that did happen. Maybe the lesson was that you shouldn't make hasty vows to God? Or maybe you shouldn't make vows about human sacrifices? What do you think? Just one suggestion, could you please put the actual Bible verse (Judges 11:?) that the story came from, in your author's comments. I noticed you put the quote at the end of the flash, but it would be easier for someone to see it right away before the movie. Keep up the good work!!

That's a good idea about putting in the actual versus. It would have been easy and helpfull. Good idea. I prolly should've added a couple known theories on the story as well.
If it would have scored higher I'd add that now. My thoughts concerning the bible are that it is fiction. I'm an Atheist and proud of it.

I know what you mean. The music is really something. At once creepy and pretty. I tried to make graphics that were nice to look at. I'm not the greatest artist, my talents lie more in programming, so I appreciate your comments.

Uplifting to see so many Atheists here
Just when I think the world is going crazy, I read review after review by atheists. Very uplifting. I hope we win (the war of ideas). Movies like this one probably help a lot. Good work.

You know I've thought the same exact thing before. It seems that - yes there are a lot of puerile kids here but there are an inordinate number of atheists, artists and freethinkers as well. It is a creative outlet after all. Not to mention it takes a degree of intelligence to use flash, especially if you use the code a lot.
Not to mention the sheer number of visitors to NG. At times it has been in the top 100 on the net. Amazing.
