Nothing to new or interesting
There have been many space shooters on Newgrounds and this one isn't much different. The collecting rocks bit was somewhat original, but it is still only a space shooter. I found that the lack of music took away from the experience and the levels were way too short. Points and upgrades were too easy to earn and the game was simple. The trivia was easy too.

you just can't play it cuz you can't control your ship when you move and fire at the same time.

Very good, for a sidescrolling shooter -- emphasis on "for a sidescrolling shooter." If I ever feel like playing one of those, or learning some geology, I might very well choose this one. I did like the edutainment aspect of this, though... Very innovative! Bonus points for not making me lose my Earth rocks when I got the first question wrong, too. :) You could have used some background music, though. WOuld have really improved the atmosphere and easily gotten you a 6 Overall

in all fairness the game was okay. to be honest though he copied bad guys off games (battle toads & DD) it almost seemed like he ran out of ideas how to make levels so he just made tons of guys swarm in and the end boss the bug was simple the whole game done with all the basic starting stuff first ship, first laser. if it was a challenge then god im good. all you really have to do is just hold down space bar and about the cheat dont worry about it, its not that great. (hint:he didnt know it)
why is the shield ram a weapon?
it is the worst weapon you can have, you use your shield up while firing and it isnt a secondary weapon or anything
