The seventh and penultimate episode in the wizard's adventures! The wizard was sent in an underground hell to better understand the horrors of this world. Will he make it out a better person? Features 3 new playable characters!


Controls:

  • WASD/Arrow keys: move
  • Spacebar/X/Shift: interact
  • WARRIOR: spacebar to attack pawns diagonally
  • SAPPER: left click to throw bombs
  • SHEPARD: you are not special.
  • R: Restart room
  • M: hold to bring out map
  • B: not anymore

Chapter 7, what a banger! I love how when one least expects it one of your other games may pop up, starting way back in Chapter 2, so to see the fun mechanic and kickass soundtrack at the heart of Laser Dames was a real treat. The way each character's quest involves this transdimensional tower and slowly fading to reveal a different, often-familiar, form was brilliant (I was picking up hints once The Warrior's path mentioned an ADVERSARY and The Sapper had Anti-"Thing" bombs but to see it for real was something else). Realizing where the character select button worked was a literal game-changer too. The story just keeps getting more interesting with each chapter! Peddle finally got their PhD despite being an AI-generated abomination, an explanation of Shades and Sharp, the pawns of The Adversary, and some semblance of Ran's endgame plan

The 2nd and 3rd endings were straightforward, while the maze was a royal pain in the behind. Not the best thing ever, but I enjoyed throwing bombs and running the Wizard again. Oh, and solving that darn maze. I know a trick to it now! (BTW, did you know it's possible to cheat in the maze? I think it's the map or something.)

METHOD TO SOLVING MAZE!!!
For anyone who has trouble with the maze.
There is a METHOD TO SOLVING MAZE!!!
You need from the beginning of the maze to stick to one of the sides (walls) of the maze. This guarantees that you will find the way out of 99.9% of the mazes.
I even forgot there was a map :) ! of ending 1!
Getting to the "demons" is more complicated, I used the painter to find the paths.
