The first Dogventure Quest was something I designed while just playing around in the engine. The game only took a min or 2 to beat. When my girlfriend at the time played it she looked at me and said "what happens next". That got me started thinking how to build an epic game from such a simple starting point. You can actually play the first game in the museum in the first town in Dogventure Quest 2.

Thanks for playing, glad you liked it.
Honestly, the story and world just doesn't interest me. I played Rising Revengeance and there's just nothing here for me. I think it's the dialogue being too try-hard and the game using a pre-established world. The characters speak to each other with little depth, there's no hook, and the plot's a mess. Most interaction is forced by stepping on a tile instead of being manual, and I did manage to soft-lock the game somehow. I denied boarding the zeppelin, watched them board it, then talked to the remaining guy again. He repeated the same line about boarding, forced me to wait as if there was a boarding animation taking place, then I took a few steps and the game froze.
Thank you for your help emiliegranny. I did find the error you spoke of and fixed it. I also fixed a couple other errors that other players have told me about like the set walking paths at the end of the game which was causing problems so that has been replaced as well. I has done a bunch of game testing myself, I'm the only person who worked on the project other then the musicians I used for the track.
