Pretty cool, just wish there was a way to pause on mobile
Dogventure Quest 2: RISING REVENGEANCE is the newest game from Jake Welch. Its is an RPG adventure game in which you take on the role of Dogtective, a rogue private eye on a quest for revenge. This game features "semi live" musical performances from artist such as:
Stanely Vanagan
Faze 1
Tommy Giovanni
Thank you for taking the time to check out my game, I hope you enjoy.
Sincerely,

The first Dogventure Quest was something I designed while just playing around in the engine. The game only took a min or 2 to beat. When my girlfriend at the time played it she looked at me and said "what happens next". That got me started thinking how to build an epic game from such a simple starting point. You can actually play the first game in the museum located in the first town in Dogventure Quest 2.

is their a first game before this???? or is it just combined into this one? if their is a first one could you send me a message and give me a link to it?
The first game is the VR simulator in the first town in Dogventure Quest 2.
Loved the game. The throwback references made me nostalgic. More than once I laughed out loud at the humor. Great job!
Thank you so much for playing
Music from hell.
The intro and exit music are performed by me... never had a day of music class in my life. If you are a fan of music maybe you will like this, the exit music actually gives away part of the plot for Dogventure Quest 3.
P.S
I had to grow up in a suburb outside of Hell's city limits. My family was not rich enough to live in the inter city like some people. We had to eat lava for breakfast, no orange juice at this table. We had to walk up hill both way. What you know about that life son???
Ok so I enjoyed this game but I have so many questions.
-where am I supposed to go? The map is kind of sprawling and sparse, its very unclear what is set dressing and what's an active location.
-what exactly am I supposed to do? Even the places you can go, not all of them are related to the game. You can kind of muddle along and figure it out as you go, but it kind of takes away from the experience to not know where to go, what to do, or what's going on.
I dunno man. I still liked this game. The writing was decent and consistent in regards to dialogue, but the writing/plot lacked an overall context for the player... I kind of get the idea, that the first game doesn't exist and we're supposed to just kind of roll with it, and the meta humor helps with that. Still... I kind of feel like I was hanging out with a group of people who were all having inside jokes that didn't involve me, and I was just kind of laughing along to join in despite not knowing what was going on. I think you can achieve what you were going for, but a little reorganization and polish work is needed.

You can actually find the first game cleverly hidden in the first town in Dogventure Quest 2. Thank you for the three and a half star rating and I'm glad you liked my writing.
