Have to admit, in 2017 I gave this game a 3, but have since bumped up the score to 3.5 Wonder who did the BGM? It's a fine loop, perfect for this 20th century game
There is a charm to 'feeling' out the RNG, and keeping mind the variables listed in the gameplay/text/rolls. I've never done dice rolling IRL, for DND or any other game, but this game has a bit of charm in its text. Not bad? At least it knew when to end, and when to give useful skill points. With a bit more IRL/on-paper perception, I feel I could've gotten to the end w/ 3 spare re-rolls
