Super Mario Outtakes 2

Edit: I've learned stuff about motion tweening in Flash, so now some of my animations won't be frame-by-frame ones anymore. I'm working on remastered versions of this one and the first one, don't you worry.

So guys, after my old crappy Super Mario Outtakes 1 got a poor score, I came up with a BETTER ONE! (Edit 12/04/17: It still sucks.)

Mario and his friends screw up once again! Of course, I figured out to make a working play button and a replay button.

Also, I may figure out how to add a scene selection. But for now, grab a snack, sit down and enjoy the show.
P.S. Sorry if I took any of your ideas...

when will part 3 air? and is it the last chapter?

SuperMarioFan1234 responds:

I'm not sure if I will make number 3, I deleted Macromedia Flash MX from my computer because it was making this "zzz" noise for 0.01 or 0.08 seconds and unfroze the computer again. It might be because I downloaded to much crap on my computer.

Wasnt too bad. The jokes were nice, but it seemed they went on too long, or there couldve been more detail. You have something here, but its missing that one bit of animation that makes it magical and realistic. (I wouldve liked to see luigi running instead of gliding on the screen---see mario come knock the pipes on the side instead of them defying gravity and physics--- and the puke couldve been better, it felt rushed there) Keep trying for it, I can see these being nice. The best thing I can suggest is try to breathe more life into the characters.

Grew up with Mario... So, you kinda got me there. It's sprites, after all. Yeah, could use a little 'tweaking' in the animation, but you kind of end up building LIBRARIES for sprites to animate, and that takes time. Believe me, I know.
I might recommend, for the best improvement on least investment, tweak and monkey with the audio a bit. Try some different settings, cause while I 'know' what you're trying to say and can fill in, there were gaps.
As to improving on the animation, with sprites? Well, over time, as you experiment and get your libraries filled out for the various characters on individual actions, you'll get there over time. It just takes a lot of time. Just do NOT let the hardliners and haters beat you down. Take the time to do, and the rest will come.
Oh... yeah... Remember to BREATHE! lol, watch a sunset or check out roses once in a while. A relaxed mind can comeback to freshen up the restart / resume... And in case you haven't tried it yet, a Storyboard is a good way to set the whole project to manageable chunks so you don't lose your place between cuts and scenes before you put the whole thing together.
Just hoping to be constructive. It was pretty f-cool

You know, I got the help of a guy on YouTube about making objects or sprites move instead of clicking on them, pressing the right arrow key, next frame, so on. I could of been using the tween feature then this wouldn't be so boring.
