I'm not sure if I will make number 3, I deleted Macromedia Flash MX from my computer because it was making this "zzz" noise for 0.01 or 0.08 seconds and unfroze the computer again. It might be because I downloaded to much crap on my computer.

Grew up with Mario... So, you kinda got me there. It's sprites, after all. Yeah, could use a little 'tweaking' in the animation, but you kind of end up building LIBRARIES for sprites to animate, and that takes time. Believe me, I know.
I might recommend, for the best improvement on least investment, tweak and monkey with the audio a bit. Try some different settings, cause while I 'know' what you're trying to say and can fill in, there were gaps.
As to improving on the animation, with sprites? Well, over time, as you experiment and get your libraries filled out for the various characters on individual actions, you'll get there over time. It just takes a lot of time. Just do NOT let the hardliners and haters beat you down. Take the time to do, and the rest will come.
Oh... yeah... Remember to BREATHE! lol, watch a sunset or check out roses once in a while. A relaxed mind can comeback to freshen up the restart / resume... And in case you haven't tried it yet, a Storyboard is a good way to set the whole project to manageable chunks so you don't lose your place between cuts and scenes before you put the whole thing together.

You know, I got the help of a guy on YouTube about making objects or sprites move instead of clicking on them, pressing the right arrow key, next frame, so on. I could of been using the tween feature then this wouldn't be so boring.
