Got 9050 shooting a ghost with my last ammo! That was an intense game.
Short and simple game with primitive mechanics and graphics, but it's nice how the author has made a fun and intense game with such minimalist means. Trying to get the 9000 medal is absolutely essential for this game to be fun.
Wow! I don't think there are many with the over 9000 score. Well done!
I got 11700 points. It's not impossible, just "pick your battles" and notice how long it takes for the bullet to reach the target, rather than aiming directly at it. Oh, and try not to miss a lot :P Just realized, this can also be applied to life. Predict the behavior of your adversaries and follow them when they hide, so that you can strike when they reappear! Okay, maybe not.
Not bad and over 9000 is overused + it´s not that hard that only 29 people have it, it´s just time consuming.
I realize that most negative reviews instantly get flagged as useless, but I'll try not to be too harsh. The concept its self isn't very innovative, and though space shooters -can- still be fun and original, you have to put a lot more work into them than you did for this. Even as a generic shooter, you didn't quite get it right. The rate of fire doesn't quite mesh well with this type of game either. They're supposed to be fun and fast paced, and you should be able to mash the fire button a bit while still retaining some level of difficulty (I realize that this game would be easy if you could, but that's just a problem with how you have it set up). Sorry, but this just wasn't good.
First off, I always give bonus points to games with medals. I like to encourage that.
Second, it's not a terribly designed game, but it's not really good either. I love the music, but the controls feel a little sloppy. I also didn't even realize you had such limited ammo until about my 3rd game over, and I was really confused about what could have hit me. It's a struggle getting those points, but it definitely adds replay value. It's a quirky little bit, and I like it.
Thanks for the feedback. I felt like too much ammo would have taken the challenge away, didn't want the heart showing up more than once.
