Everything's perfect save the water animation, I'll save you the praise on your realistic backgrounds, but the water? Looks like a bunch of wacky white lines, no offense.

My friend who works at Safeway with me accidentally broke a pipe with a forklift, causing minor flooding. This is an over exaggeration of that event, made for a class project.
I used the vector trace option in Flash to make the backgrounds (which were pictures I took), then outlined them for a "cartoony" look.
