MAKE SURE YOU LET THE PRELOADER LOAD BEFORE PLAYING IT.
I made another one of these and posted it here on NG, but it had a bunch of flaws and it looked horrible so I deleted it and made a new, better looking one.

Superb tutorial.
I am not an animator but I know a good bit about drawing and the process for animation. This would have given me the vast majority of information I needed to conduct a punch in animation were I so inclined. In a large way, it is preferable that you did not become over-zealous with your description as it would have white washed the point of the tutorial.

the arrow button only works once then it doesn't do anything
did you wait for the preloader to load completely?
