Okay, I made som changes for this Beta. Since I put the download-MC in the wrong scene it werent any use, I'm gonna change it soon. For now I have a Game Over-Screen that I kinda like. No other changes...

Big time

Good.

I liked it. I loved the graphics style. A good idea. It's a little simplistic, but that's to be expected as a beta. It does get a little intense, and multiple levels, power-ups, etc., would be great. All in all, I want to see more work in this art style. Keep it up.

nice game,great potential,not much in it so far

fairly fun
although its not too fun when the acorn things blow up just a bit after u attack,and theres no way to stop them short of using the special,and it seems to put u in that position at least 4 more times than u have specials...

oh well
its nice that the enemies do more than die,those acorns make a nice special effect when they die,but if they have a special element to them shouldnt you make then the harder enemies instead of the most common
some suggestions:

-put in a leaf enemy thats slow,make it the first you fight and that 1 shot takes away 2 of them(also makes the shuruken,forgive my bad spelling, do half as much damage if its gone thru one of them

-make the acorn guys show up a bit less,or give more of a warning like some more screen room to see them,when 2 of them line up and go fast theres no way to hit both of them if one of the sword guys is in front,he takes up all but one of the shots,and then the acorn hits you,and near the top that seems to happen way too often,maybe put in an area that enemies cant spawn next to each other or something

-upgrades,definitly need upgrades,maybe a melee attack as well,maybe have like z,x,c or a,s,d be the controls for a melee,a left handed ranged attack,and a right handed one,and make the ranged attacks move farther left,maybe give them an arc so they turn back towards the center before they reach the top,so some strategy can be employed

-different weapons,choose between a few type,maybe bigger but slower shurukens or daggers,and if u implament a melee weapon you could put in an asort ment of them,of course making the faster ones weaker

-either add more healths in the later parts,or maybe some "cash" pick ups if u do add a shop feature

-customized controls

-customizable characters,for a little bit more fun

-maybe multiple levels,the tree seems to be generally easy to use for the entire game once u have it set up,but it will get boring,adding a few kinds of enviroments may help,even if its just a background picture change,a raft in a river,a street,a corridor or something along those lines

great game so far,but at this point it doesnt have any replay appeal,and if a flash game can get that,it can get a much better score, and if u make the game long please PLEASE have a save feature,so many flash's go wrong without one :(

The hit area is perhaps a bit wonky?

Fun, but I'm fairly sure that sometimes stars would hit acorns and it wouldn't register. Also, is there a reason you chose to have the stars come out slightly to the right instead of directly in front? With the small hit area, this meant that sometimes something was coming directly at you and the star wouldn't hit it.

It was fun!

I liked the special attacks and the ninja stars...kinda makes you think about naruto. Good job! :)
