I think Disney has gone to the dogs.
Judging by what we see from the movies they now make, I think it's clear that Disney has lost its greatness.
Frist off, they've made tons of fucked-up sequels of classics, such as the Lion King, Pocahontas, The Little Mermaid, the Hunchback of Notre Dame, and yes, even the Lady and the Tramp.
And f you compare the animation of the sequel with its predecessor, you'll find that the storyline is bogus, and the animation is much worse, the only exception to this being Toy Story 2.
And the Disney Channel...ugh.
Most of their fake movies all have the same story: Nobody girl, she does (or something happens to her) something which makes her big, the guy she's liked bt never had much time to interact gets interested in her, only to find that he's a total bastard, while there's this oh-so-great guy in the woodword she has been friends with but didn't pay much attention to.
The aforementioned girl has to make a choice between staying big and becoming a nobody again(the choice she makes is obvious) and appily ever after.
Oh, and let's not forget those movies abotu girls who are obsessed with makeup, clothes, and boys....retch.
Are our lives like that? Nope.
Good thing Walt is dead, otherwise he would be sick for a month if he saw what Disney was making now.
What happened to the Disney of the old days? What exactly started off this trend?
Oh, wait a minute, I think I know- THEY ARE FRESH OUT OF IDEAS. In the old days they probably had a creative team to come up with stuff, ,but they got rid of them so now they use anything, even the back of a cigarette pack, and make a movie out of that.
I saw a promo about Disney opening its vault to give us some of the classics. That's all well and good, but whichever vault the new stuff is coming out of, it needs to be locked, the door welded shut, and then take to an abandoned junkyard and buried in the middle of the largest heap.
Have I spoken falsely, or do I speak truth?
