You're kinda talking nonsense there. If there's a pivot forum JUST for beginners then you wouldn't get any advice because there would be no one there who can really help you improve. And practice is really pretty much the only way you can get better.

If you're talking about having ranks, you can't do that here. It's part of the rules. We don't allow it at Frame Rate either, unless you really do want us to rank you there. Go to Dark Demon if you want ranks.

It never originated with Pivot/EZToon. It was originally developed when Flash site(Like SL, for example) animators started running out of ideas on how to compare and contrast their animations with each other, so they developed a basic ranking system. Over time, when ranks were taken in as a good idea, they started making new ranks and divisions for each rank (Low, med, high, border) and beyond.

Scale it down first of all. I could see some attempts at easing in there, you're not doing it exactly correct though. It's also very stiff be sure that you don't just move one limb at a time otherwise it doesn't look right. And change the thickness of your sticks, it looks weird.

Haven't animated in a while. Pretty good for 3 months dontcha think?
