you need to work on more fluid motions.

What i did when i was starting, is i literally stood in front of a mirror, and started slow-motion running on the spot.
Then i could see how every limb was moving, and when i animated it (back then it took me nearly 10 minutes to do that one walking sequence) it didn't look half bad.
It's all about the physics, like knowing the intervals between movements, easing, etc.

i think collaboration cast should be at the bottom, like in real movies...
you know how all the special thanks, and lead roles always come at the top in nice big letters, then the rest of the cast/crew comes in that tiny font scrolling up from the bottom?

I think SHOQ should make the design, looking at the menu he made. The designs there were great. And farfenwaffle, too. Also, what's they layout for the bio? can't remember.
