Happy Halloweeeeeen everyone! It's nice to see that some activity around here earlier this week, and the sudden upsurge of submissions a few days ago was certainly a pleasant surprise! I managed to nab a little bit of the action for once and I see that some of you got busy! No zeroes this week, which is always a good thing.

Anyways, hope you all are at least doing well lately - haven't heard much aside from "I'm busy with this and that." Not that it's a bad thing, but man I'm gonna bust a nut trying to get this place back into shape once classes are over for the term so y'all better watch out! But for the time being, I'm still putting recruitment on temporary hold at least until I know when we're able to uphold the process effectively. Aside from that, keep up the good work gentlemen! Enjoy this week's roster :)

Myself, I've kind of strayed from the internet this month, especially this past week. I've fallen behind in my school work because of idiotic choices like procrastination. A word to the younger crowd here: Don't procrastinate.

Anyway, it's good to see the NGPD still running. There's some real nostalgia here.

I think our Commander/Commissioner has put recruitment on hold until we straighten things out with user absences and such; however, this won't deter me from at least giving you a review of where you stand.

If we were recruiting at this moment, I would probably say yes. You do need some improvement on your posting habits, but I see a lot less one line posts than in other potential recruits. It is not up to me though, Tails is the Commissioner who decides all of this, and as far as I can see from the last roster, we've put a hold on recruitment for the time being.

You waited what, 3 days? The absence of members has been going on for months now, we're going to need a lot of time to get things rolling again. Thanks for covering for me Kaizer. This is pretty much the case, the lack of activity lately will negatively impact your recruitment process - that's just the way things are right now. Eventually, school will be out for most of us as the holidays roll in; members will have more spare time and activity will start to climb - that's the point where we'll resume normal operations.

Normally we'll get around 6 or 7 votes. But I'd be comfortable with an REP with at least 5 votes. And OF COURSE you're allowed to participate Sheizen! All former NGPD members are eligible to vote in the REPs. Ronald's been a long standing participant and he's consistently provided valuable input, so there's no reason why I wouldn't let you be a part of the process :)

Howdy y'all, I'm a bit late with the roster (again) but at least it didn't take me like two weeks haha. I see we're still hanging in there and we're actually kinda improving with our numbers this week so I'm happy to see that. Finals are just around the corner for me so don't be surprised if I completely drop off the radar for a while - like I've been doing for the past month lol. But once I'm done, I can look forward to a lot of free time for teh internets and making lazy. HOORAY!

That's a shame. You're still a promising young lad, but we're all lagging on our B/P. Even still, I'm finding some time that I'm bored, and when I am, I'll come on and watch a few flashes and put my 6% in for the vote. It isn't much, but with time it should become a bigger number of B/Ps.

I'm sorry you feel that way but you don't have to QUIT just because you don't B/P. But if you REALLY want to do it I can't stop you as much as I don't want you to.

I got well over 300 b/p last week, and I would've got more if I wasn't distracted by Battlefield 3. Needless to say I don't have much of a life.

It's unfortunate that you'll be retiring from the NGPD, but I won't stop you. It's no fun when you force yourself to be a part of something when there's little interest left in it. However I want you to know that b/p'ing isn't the only thing that makes a member around here, there's a lot more you can do for the NGPD than adding numbers.

I wish you well on whatever you set off to do from here, and I certainly hope that you'll pay us a visit in the future. Take care, Deadman!

I put you on the Inactive list on the roster so you won't appear on future rosters unless you decide to return. That's pretty much standard procedure for people who don't plan on staying very... active :P So that's that.

Game is site-locked, I assume that the site-lock feature was triggered when the suspect posted it on Newgrounds, this is exhibit A that shows that this game is stolen. Exhibit B, http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/53 5832, is that the "author's" username failed comparison with the prequel, Necronator, which was posted by TogeProductions, aka toge-games. Exhibit C, to refine the point presented by Exhibit B, is the original ArmorGames link to the game, http://armorgames.com/play/12524/necrona tor-2 , further showing that this game does indeed belong to, in part or in whole, to TogeProductions. It is clear, ladies and gentlemen of the esteemed NGPD, that this game was ripped/stolen and then posted on Newgrounds by some clown that thought he could get away with it. I have also taken the liberty of contacting TogeProductions via Twitter. Prosecution rests, you may commence whistling.
