Hi, Is it possible to upload a flash video file onto a forum thread? or do I have to use a website instead? I have a file I'd like to upload onto a thread but not sure how to do it.... The file is saved as "swf"
I just need to know if it is possible to upload a video I've made on Flash onto a Forum post, please tell me how :p or give me the websites I need to use to upload a video....

not possible...
File must be a .gif or .jpg and no larger than 150k, and must not exceed 599px wide by 700px tall.
if you want to show a flash file... upload it somewhere
& put the link on the forum
Of course, you could always upload it onto NG, but chances are that because it's a video, unless it's really good and/or funny, it may not pass judgement.
Upload it to somewhere like Google video or YouTube.
