I'd suggest starting out with his Ambient album if you're into that kind of stuff. Brian Eno has a fairly big discography spanning a ton of different genres though. My favorites are Ambient 2 "The Plateaux of Mirror"which he collabs with the pianist Harold Budd.
You can't go wrong with his first ambient album either, and the album Apollo.
