If you have read or participated in the Where Newgrounds Stands Now! thread then you're going to enjoy this.

We're a non-strict neighborhood in which you can have a free reign over all. If you wish to buy a house now you can. All houses are $230,000 with no Down Payment...sound to good to be true? Well it is.

Rules

1. Curfew
We do not have a curfew here at Newgrounds, but we do suggest you take caution when walking about the neighborhood at night due to the fact that most n00bs exit the forest and enter town at night. Please be careful. The Police will be keeping a watchful eye out for any dangers. Also be careful about running into Pimp at night, he's a little dangerous.

2. Living Quarters
If you want to live in a house and all the houses are taken then I'm sure you can live with someone living in one of the other users houses. Tom Fulp will not take in people, Wade Fulp will not take in people, I will not take in people. Just be careful who you live with okay? We're not responsible for your decision on Living Quarters.

3. NO ENTRY AREAS
By entering these areas we have no responsibility of your decisions on entering such an area. Please be aware of your decision now.

4. Neighborhood Areas
---Wade Fulp's House
Wade Fulp is the Sherrif of Newgrounds, Stamper is his deputy (cool it's like the Andy Griffith Show). Although he only handles serious problems within the neighborhood (like a n00b invasion), he has the Police on his side with the Mods as his officers.

---Tom Fulp's House
The place where you can go hang out if you're bored. Although Tom doesn't take many visitors though...so please try not to bother him much.

---Salad Fingers Cave
Salad Fingers is our emergency defense mechanism, just in case the n00bs get out of hand, but we advice that you do not ENTER!

---The-Great-One's House
I am the Community Neighborhood Watch (yes I have a gun) I advice that everyone who moves in has a gun on them, and bullet proof shields. I will help out with any problems you're having in the neighborhood.

---The NG BBS
The meeting area for all Newgrounds Users, you really should visit it sometime.

---The Flash Portal
What Neighborhood shouldn't be without a flash portal?
